* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots and 
  seas 5 to 8 ft, occasionally up to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...Anegada Passage east of Virgin Gorda and Saint Croix 
  south to 17N, Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 
  17N, including the coastal waters of Saint Croix, Coastal 
  Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM and Mona Passage 
  Southward to 17N.
