.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist NW of the waters tonight through Sun, while gradually
weakening. A low pressure trough along the Oregon coast will
continue to weaken tonight before dissipating inland on Sun. Weak
high pressure will build NE towards the waters Sun night through
Tue night. A weak cold front will move across the waters Wed and
Wed night. High pressure will build behind the front Wed and Thu
night. A coastal low pressure trough will develop Mon and persist
through Tue night before dissipating Wed.
